Pricing and payment

Cancellation and refunds

What goes in the bin

General household and renovation waste — timber, plasterboard, furniture, packaging, fittings, fixtures, garden waste (in a separate green-waste bin where requested).

Not allowed: hazardous materials, asbestos (any), paint tins (more than empty), gas bottles, batteries, lithium batteries from devices, food waste, electronics, tyres, liquids, medical waste. If we find these in the bin, we may charge a separation fee or refuse to remove the bin.

Where the bin sits

On private property — your driveway, lawn, or yard. If you need to place it on the road or footpath, you'll need a council temporary occupation permit; we'll send you the link when you book.

Damage and risk

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, text us first — most issues are sortable in a few messages. If we can't agree, the matter falls under the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the Auckland Disputes Tribunal or District Court as appropriate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one in force at the time of booking, archived against your booking record.
