BOOKING TERMS
1. Definitions:
a) Charges – All the amounts levied to the Customer in accordance with this Hire Agreement. Includes Hire Fees and any Additional Charges.
b) Commencement – The date of Bin delivery.
c) Completion – When the bin is uplifted as agreed with Customer.
d) Customer – The person or entity that hired the Bin.
e) Bin – The bins (and the accessories hired therewith) ordered for delivery.
f) Hire Fees – The amounts quoted when you book a Bin.
g) Hire Period – The period from delivery of the Bin until uplifting of the Bin.
h) Pickup Date – The date on which the bin will be picked up as agreed at time of booking. The Pickup Date may be amended as agreed by Silverfox Bins Ltd and the Customer. Additional charges may apply.
h) Site – The Bin delivery (and pickup) address.

2. Silverfox Bins Ltd:
a) Upon the receipt of a booking, deliver a Bin to the Site as specified by the Customer.
b) Provide a Bin to the Customer for the Hire Period for the purpose of depositing waste products,but EXCLUDING:
ii) Fibro/asbestos products.
iii) Any paints, oils, fuels, liquids or chemicals
iv) Any Hazardous goods or materials.
c) Charge additional fees for Bins on hire in excess of the Hire Period
d) Charge additional fees for Bins that are overfilled or exceed the maximum weight allowance
e) Collect the Bin in accordance with the Hire Period as specified upon booking of the Bin, without notice to the customer. f) Collect the bin within the specified Hire Period in accordance with Customer’s Instructions.

3. The Customer will:
a) On or before Commencement (or as otherwise agreed by Silverfox Bins Ltd), pay to Silverfox Bins Ltd all of the following charges: i) The Hire Fees.
b) Forthwith upon request pay to Silverfox Bins Ltd all of the following charges:
i) The replacement costs (as per its new price at commencement) of any Bins which have been unlawfully removed from the Site. ii) All fines, fees, penalties, levies, charges and taxes payable by Silverfox Bins Ltd in respect of this agreement and hiring.
iii) Any additional Hire Fees resulting from Customer exceeding the Hire Period
iv) Any additional Hire Fees resulting from Customer exceeding the top rim of the Bin or exceeding the maximum allowable weight. v) All costs of repairing any damage caused to the bin whilst being on hire on Site to the Customer
vi) All costs associated with the recovery of a Bin which has been moved from its original point of delivery.
vii) Comply with Occupational Health and Safety laws relating to use and loading of bins.

4. The Customer will not:
a) Tamper with, damage or repair the Bin.
b) Lose or part with possession of the Bin.
c) Move the Bin from the original point of delivery (extra charges may incur).
d) Deposit any of the following in the Bin:
i) Dump Fibro / asbestos
ii) Animal waste, oils, paints, liquids, fuels or chemicals.
iii) Any other hazardous or dangerous goods or materials.
e) Fill the Bin exceeding the rim.
e) Exceed the maximum allowable weight for the Bin. The weight limits are specified on the website.

5. Cancellations:
a) Cancellations must be made with 48 hour’s notice.
b) Where 48 hours’ notice is not provided, the Customer will be liable for the full amount of the Hire Fees.

6. Note:
Our responsibility ceases at the curb. Council approval with regard to bin placement is the responsibility of the customer. No cement fibre board, asbestos, liquids, paint, car tyres, Gas Cylinders, tree stumps or tyres to be placed in bin. The bin is to be filled to the rim only.
